The air conditioning in my room was stuck at one temperature. It was quite annoying! Two single beds were pushed together, and they were very worn and uncomfortable. There was only a scratchy blanket instead of a duvet or quilt. The shower door also didn't close properly, a real pain.

The hotel has helpful friendly staff and the location is perfect. I found easy access to a cafe with amazing food and coffee. My room was clean and neat and I loved the overall cleanliness. A nearby carpark can be paid for via an app. I found it very convenient.

The pillows provided were unfortunately of poor quality.

The room had a beautiful view of the piazza and roofs I found it clean comfortable and quiet. Air conditioning worked perfectly, so I set an optimal temperature. A superb building has been renovated, yet it maintains architectural elements.

A great café is in the hotel. It is open 24hrs. The food and drinks have very good prices. I found this very convenient. Baked sweets fragrance filled the night.

The receptionists held our bags after checkout and called a taxi to the airport. Staff were professional and friendly. I really felt welcomed. The staff provides details for the ZTL authorization and parking options to guests.

The location is a short walk to the leaning tower. There are many bars located close by, specifically less than two minutes away. I found the staff to be quite helpful. The on-site cafe had fresh pastries, specifically croissants, and they were inexpensive.

The building could use some updates, particularly the furnishings. The bedrooms are clean but simple.
